After 3-4 weeks of insanity. Hours in front of the pc, i’ve finally made a WORKING model for my WAG simulation. It was ridiculously hard to make it without any help and i never thought i could debug it. Here’s a short video of the simulation, i don’t really care if anyone understands what’s it about but hey, enjoy the pretty colours!! wheeee!!

“Wooow!! you’re taking petroleum engineering??” she questions with awe. looking clearly impressed.

The other girl starts tapping her fingers on the table and gives her hair a quick flick.

“So.. how does that work out? that’s cool yknow.. engineering.. being on a rig.. in the middle of the ocean underneath the night stars..” She said in a fading tone. obviously falling into a daze . The other girl giggles.

We spent the rest of the evening in laughter in the cafe under the serene background of the bandar lights.. after we parted our ways i received a message.. “Hey, my friend heard you’re an engineer, she says hi, xoxo”

then… I FUCKEN WOKE UP FROM MY DREAM CAUSE THERES NO WAY IN HELL GIRLS WOULD REACT LIKE THAT TO AN ENGINEER.

i’ve seen that reaction to doctors, lawyers, pilots, businessmen but not engineers. Come on ladies! i thought grease is the sexi-ness! (truthfully speaking, engineers dont deal with grease, technicians do, all we do is sit on thecomputer all day long and crunch numbers..like accountants.. but accountants are a sad bunch of people, for no reason.)

It’s funny though, back in form 6 and after A levels, i really had the options of doing those other things, i just didnt and dived for engineering, which in turn led me to petroleum. But i’m glad i took that dive, future is looking good! (so far)
